Our systems are designed to work in factory conditions in the presence of creases, vibrations, dust, oil, grease, holes, tears etc. Defects are classified and a position / defect map is generated which can be used to grade the fabric or automatically cut the fabric.

We has designed and developed complete industrial web inspection / grading systems for the following types of mono shaded fabrics:

• Hi-tech man made fabrics (Process width 2400mm, vel. 25 m/min resolution 0.06mm)
• Cotton / polyester (Process width 1800mm, vel. 75 m/min resolution 0.15mm)
